What is Togo?

Togo is the result of over five years’ experience working closely with eateries of all types and sizes to deliver simple, efficient and affordable marketing solutions. In the beginning we simply created stunning websites and amazing venue and food photography but, over time, our clients wanted more. So, we ended up helping them with e-marketing, social media, help with promoting events and offers, creating loyalty schemes and selling deals. We were also becoming more and more aware that the current booking systems available on the market didn’t offer the flexibility and features that most of our clients needed, so we spent 12 months meeting with different venues and listening to what would be the perfect system for them. We then spent a further 12 months developing this system.

It has been designed with the venue in mind; it is flexible, affordable, simple to use and requires no special hardware. We are really proud of what we have made, and the venues that have it installed are really pleased with the results it delivers. We would love the opportunity to show you more.

    The founding partner of Togo, Marks prior experience is gained within the new media divisions of Yell and BT, working in partnership with Google. He has a keen understanding of the hospitality industry; both his parents were chefs, and he was brought up in pubs and restaurants.

Booking System

Quickly and easily take bookings online, and manage the flow of bookings to maximise your efficiency.



Create your menus and publish them to your website and social networks with just a couple of clicks. The system can also collect pre-orders and deposits.


Table Plan

The system can be quickly trained to allocate tables just as you would and the smart allocate feature can replan an entire fully booked day in seconds.



The system saves all of your customers details and allows you to email and text them either individually or as groups. You can make notes, keep track of their special dietary needs and even assign someone their favourite table.


Sell Deals

Create and sell your own special offers and deals and market them to your contacts and social networks with just a click.



Run your own loyalty scheme and reward your customers, the system can also automatically send them a promo code to use on their birthday.
